OUR MISSION

The mission of the Marion County Fair is to provide the leading venue for agriculture, exhibits, entertainment, and education for Marion County at is Annual Agricultural Fair. Our Vision is to always show case the best of the best within Marion County.

We offer a range of levels to fit every need. Whether you want face to face contact with your customers, or you just want your business associated with our Respectable reputation, we can do it. The Fair also educates our guest of the amazing accomplishments happening in Marion County.

Blue Ribbon Sponsor

For the business that wants optimal exposure at the fair. This is the highest level of sponsorship available. These exclusive sponsorship opportunities are for the best of the best. Budget $25,000.00 (2 sponsorships at this level, or $40,000 for exclusive over all event Sponsorship.)

  1. You will get the opportunity to do sponsor giveaways at select location or by the fair entry gate.
  2. You will have the opportunity to have a booth at the fair.
  3. You provide a professionally pre-recorded PA advertising to be used on site (min 6 per day)
  4. 2 banners provided by the fair to be placed in the main entrance road and main entrance to the Agricultural Tent.
  5. Invitation to our Kick off BBQ (up to 10 guest)
  6. Opportunity to purchase additional tickets at1/2 price. They must purchased by September 1st 2018.
  7. Full page color ad in our program book.
  8. 10 wristbands for the mid –way and entrance to the fair.
  9. Announced on all media as the event sponsor.
  10. 10 reserved seating to our shows.
  11. In-kind sponsors must pay for ads in the program book.
  12. Link to your site on our web site.

GRAND CHAMPION- $10,000.00- $24,999.99

  1. You will have the opportunity to have a booth at the fair.
  2. You will provide a professionally pre-recorded PA advertising to be used on site (min 3 per day)
  3. 1 Banner provided by you to be placed at the entrance of the Fair
  4. ½ page color ad in our program book or full page black and white
  5. 3 Wristbands for the Mid-way and entrance to the fair.
  6. 3 reserved seating to our shows
  7. Invitation to Kick off BBQ (up to 3 guests)
  8. In-kind sponsors must pay for ads in the program book.
  9. Link to your site on our web site.

RED RIBBON SPONSOR- $5,000.00-$9,999.99

Looking to make an impact at the fair ?

  1. you will have the opportunity to have a booth at the fair.
  2. ½ color ad in the program book or full page black and white
  3. 2 wristbands for the Mid-way and entrance to the fair.
  4. Invitation to the BBQ to Kick off.
  5. 2 reserved seating to our shows.
  6. Banner that you provide to be placed within the fair as a sponsor.
  7. Link to your site on our web site.
  8. Company name announced on the PA system at least twice a day during our fair.

GOLD RIBBON SPONSOR- $2,500.00 – $4,999.99

  1. You will have the opportunity to have a booth at our fair.
  2. Full Page color ad in the program book
  3. Name and logo on our fair’s website.
  4. 2 reserved seating’s to our shows.
  5. 2 wristbands to our mid-way and entrance to the fair.
  6. 2 Invitations to the BBQ Kick off.

TROPHY SPONSOR- $1,500.00 – $ 2,499.99

  1. You will have the opportunity to have a booth at our fair.
  2. Full page color ad in the program book
  3. Banner that you provide to be placed within the fair.
  4. 2 invitations to the BBQ Kick Off.
  5. 2 wrist bands to our mid-way and entrance to the fair
  6. 20 ENTRY TICKETS TO THE FAIR ( does not include wrist bands)
  7. Name as a sponsor on a trophy to be presented to a contestant.

GREEN RIBBON SPONSOR-$500.00- $1,499.99

  1. You will have the opportunity to have a booth at the fair.
  2. You will have your logo on our web site and program book
  3. 2 invitations to the BBQ Kick Off.

YELLOW RIBBON SPONSOR- $150.00 – $499.99

  1. Half page black and white page in our Fair program book.

  1. Business card size black and white ad to half a page depending on amount of sponsorship in our program book.
