WHO MAY ENTER
Anyone may enter the younger divisions from any county within Florida. HOWEVER 15 years of age to 18 years of age must be Marion County Residents.
What do they wear?
Sunday Best, NO Glitzy make up. Must be Natural.
Homemade Halloween Costumes can be made out of recycled items for the recycled contest.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR OLDER DIVISIONS
This year we will have a recycle fashion show where the contestants must design a garment made out of recyclable materials. 75 percent of materials must be from recyclable items. (newspapers, magazines, tapes, cd’s, boxes, ect…) 25 percent out of new materials (tape, thread, staples, ect)
Grand Prize Winner will receive $50.00 must have a minimum of 24 entries
Contestants may opt out of doing the recyclable fashion show, and not be in the $50.00 drawing.
MS, MR. HUMANITARIAN WILL GO TO THE CONTESTANT WHO BRINGS IN THE MOST HALLOWEEN CANDY
THIS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ON October 31 FOR OUR SENSOR FRIENDLY TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT AT THE FAIR.
